My name is Melissa Venables. I'm the founder and director of Eardstapa Creative Ltd.

I believe that matching form and function to the content is at the heart of good learning design, and it's something I strive to bring to each project. I have a passion for storytelling and immersive gaming and a keen eye for detail. 

Learning should never be boring, whether it's mandatory workplace training or a course taken for the joy of learning something new. 

I'm an experienced instructional designer and researcher, mainly creating courses in the compliance, diversity and inclusion, and health and safety arenas.
